2024 Spring Semester Enrollment Information 秋季注册信息

Dear Parents, Students, Teachers and Volunteers,

The 2024 Spring semester (the 2nd semester of 2023-2024 school year) classes are open for registration now! The first day of Spring semester starts on Sunday, January 7, 2024.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

A Complete new set of enrichment classes have been implemented to provide convenience and flexibility.

  • Panda Baby Chinese Class 中文启蒙班 (2 - 4 yrs)
  • Pre K and Kindergarten classes 中文幼儿、中文学前班 (age 4 -6 year old)
  • MaLiPing (马立平中文), Jida (暨大中文) Chinese Language from level 1 - 8;
  • Chinese as Second Language classes 中文第二语言
  • a complete English (英文) (1st grade - High School levels) curriculum;
  • a complete Math (数学) (1st grade - High School levels) curriculum;
  • 新东方推出 -- 大学升学预备课程 College Bound Prep Classes
  • Many activities classes 文体课程, like Art, Dance, Chess, Basketball, Table Tennis, Yoga, etc.

PAYMENT 付款须知

  • After registered class online, following the payment method to complete your registration process:
    Zelle / QuickPay Online Pay is easy and convenience:
    - Recipient: Ohio Chinese School
    - Email: office@ohiochineseschool.org
    - Memo:make sure to write your Family ID number (FID#) and student name(s) here.
    - Notice: be sure send us the payment confirmation screenshot after you have made your payment.
    Pay by check option:
    - School Mailing Address: Ohio Chinese School, 4066 Greensview Drive, Powell, OH 43065.
    - be sure to write you Family ID # (FID#) and student's name(s) at the memo place.
  • To avoid the late fee ($20), paperwork and payments should be mailed by postmark (邮戳)
  • All payments MUST be accompanied by the signed payment slip, with your Family ID (FID) on all check payments.
  • The last day of payment without a late fee, and the last day withdraw class for refund are no later than the 1st day the semester.
  • The tuition payment is payable to Ohio Chinese School (no cash please).
  • In order to receive your textbooks in time on the first day of school, your tuition and textbook fee payment must be received at a minimum 2 weeks prior to school starting date. Later than this date it may be delayed in receiving your textbook.
  • No refund/credit after the 1st week into the semester.

Online Login Issue

  • If you are an existing student and already have a family account created, you may proceed to LOGIN 登录. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password 忘记密码 on the login page and follow the directions for password recovery. Please do NOT create a new account. 您若曾建立过帐户，请不要再开新账户。如若有问题，请和学校联系。
  • If you are a first time user to OCS Registration Online system, click here to create an account and register.
